David Micozzi received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. He has over 16 years of experience in the food service industry. Additionally, David spent almost two years traveling around the world learning about different cultures and foods including places like Fiji, Australia, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Africa, and Europe.
David's love of food started decades ago when his grandfather, Felice Micozzi, immigrated from Griscano, Italy. Felice, along with his brother, opened their own restaurant in Morgantown, West Virginia, The Crystal Palace.
David grew up watching his father prepare all the family favorites and helping with the numerous dinner parties. It was only natural that David enter into this profession.
